DryLin® N flat guides

DryLin® N flat guides can be built extremely low, run without lubrication and are very light. If extreme precision is not required, they are an interesting alternative to miniature ball guide systems and self-made solutions.

Installation height between 6 and 12 mm

Numerous carriage options – also with pretension

Rails in silver or black anodized

D = N80
rail width = 80 mm

DryLin® W flexible guide systems

DryLin® W profile guides offer a large complex modular kit with 14 different profiles and more than 50 carriage options. The system is versatile for use and offers an alternative to all standard guide systems.

Easy to assemble

Square rail with floating bearing function allows installation in a corner

space-saving and compact

DryLin® R shaft guide

DryLin® R shaft guides as an alternative to ball bearings. Instead of just on hardened steel shafts, plastic plain bearings can operate without lubricants on all available shaft materials.

Dimensionally interchangeable with (recirculating) ball bearings

Shafts, shaft blocks and accessories available from stock

8 different shaft materials

Replaceable liners

DryLin® SHT drive technology

DryLin® SHT linear axes can be driven by trapezoidal thread, steep thread or toothed belt. The linear units are lubrication-free and are always delivered in the desired length. An interesting solution for format adjustments up to fast, small parts handling.

Lightweight

Lubricant free

fast delivery times

numerous accessories

A = Screw drives

B = Steep thread

C = Cross slide

D = Belt driven

E = Accessories

DryLin® TR - Screw drives

drylin® TR screw drives convert a rotary motion into a translational motion. The plastic nuts in the process run completely free of lubricants on trapezoidal or steep threaded spindles.

Maintenance-free, self lubricating

Low coefficient of friction in dry operation

Optionally clearance-free through anti-backlash function

Vibration damping
