Core box
No more greasing
Here a core box is being moved for emptying and is then dumped. This purpose was previously served by bronze bushings with central greasing. This which required wipers on the inside. With DryLin® R sliding foil for the shaft guide, the wipers and the central greasing are no longer requiered. The lifetime of the bearings has increased and cleaning has been greatly simplified. Environmental conditions include sand, resin smoke and extreme temperature differences.
