The engineer developed a milling device that is vertically mounted and moves up and down to cut dovetail notches in wood, in which a splint is inserted so that the joint holds. Originally ball bearings were used here, which got blocked, however, by the sawdust that came out of the milling device. DryLin® is thin enough to give the restricted length of the drilling shaft enough room and not to get blocked up by the sawdust. Furthermore there is no play, which allows a complete alignment.
