Mould tester
Reliable with water
This system checks aluminium moulds for impermeability. For that, the operator only needs to put down the mold to be tested on the work surface. The work surface then travels into the facility in which the mold is checked. Water is used here, so the linear guide needs to work reliably under water as well. The designers opted for a lubrication-free DryLin® R linear guide.
