Salami cutter
Food-grade
With this application, salami is cut into slices. As with all applications that involve contact with food, no lubricants may be used here. The stainless steel shafts on which the slide moves are fitted with iglidur® J flange bearings. igubal® pivoting bearings EGLM are used in the drive lever; these are light and easy to install. This was particularly important because they are only installed in spots that are difficult to access.
