This manus® contribution also offers an exceptional off-road wheelchair, the Quadrix. It was designed so that disabled people can use a ski lift or chair lift while sitting on it. This requires simple, but robust and low-maintenance components for the joints. So all front axles are fitted with igus® plain bearings.
