Safety door adjustment with hybrid bearings
For the safety door adjustment application in a washing plant, a DryLin® W linear guide with integrated rollers was chosen. The load consists of about 40 kg and is distributed over 2 bearings. To ensure an easy and safe opening and closing by hand, the installation size 20 was chosen.
DryLin® WJRM - Roll and slide
An additional DryLin® W solution is the combined rolling and sliding carriage. Because of the defined load direction the required drive force is reduced by the maintenance free roller bearing. Ideal for adjustment of machines and safety doors up to 50 kg.
