With this application, the focus was on high heat resistance: the energy supply to a pipeline welding machine was to be guaranteed, which is to be used in the dry-heat climate in Dubai Harbour/UAE. The igus® series 3400 and 3500 were chosen as E-Chains®, which have proved themselves without any problems so far.
