The autoglide system can be used to eliminate awkward guide troughs for applications on long travels. Self-guiding e-chains® glide safely on top of each other up to 70 m travel. This system has now been extended for igus® E2/000 and optimized further. Larger glide surfaces on the autoglide crossbars extend the system service-life even further. A clip-on glide tab ensures that the e-chain® is fed securely on the first meters of travel. The traversable excentric floor guides are fastened every 2 m on the subsurface.
