igus® goes to Hollywood
EZ FZ is a manufacturer of jibs, accessories, remote controls, monitors, fixtures and other products for the film and video industry. iglidur® plain bearings from igus® are used in its camera jibs. The bearings replace bronze bearings, which had to be lubricated a lot and regularly serviced. The switch to the self-lubricating iglidur® plain bearings makes the jibs lighter, cheaper and maintenance-free.
