Effective with little installation space
On this device, a belt conveyor accepts packages with different size and content. These are separated on the conveyor and pushed individually into different storage channels after being sorted. The problem was, in just a very short implementation time, to accommodate an efficient system with as much storage capacity as possible in a very limited installation space. The use of the igus® linear system DryLin® W offered the ideal prerequisites for this. Other important criteria for using igus® were the freedom from maintenance and the resulting high plant availability.
