Due to the high edge loading, caused by high torque loading when transporting the bottles, the outer recirculating ball bushings in particular are repeatedly deflected. As a rule, the bearings therefore have to be replaced after just half a year. DryLin® linear bearings were fitted in December 2007. So far the plant has run without failures.
