MyCatalog - Create your own customized customer catalog

With your customized customer catalog, every customer can compile his/her own selection of relevant items directly from the igus® product portfolio. Thus an individual parts overview can be displayed in the myigus space immediately after log-in.

Just create a new customer catalog in the "myigus" space.

Use the "myCatalog" icon to transfer selected items to your personal customer catalog.

Simply add items to the customer catalog from your order history.

In this way you can gradually create your own personal product overview and the option to quickly place orders.

igus® customers now have the option of creating online catalogs according to their own needs from over 80,000 products in the igus® product range. Once the customer has been set up in the system by igus®, any number of employees from a company can request access. This is managed by the "myigus" customer system already in place.

The myigus area now appears in the new layout and with more helpful functions. Registered customers are personally addressed on the web pages and are able to find their contact person for the relevant product in the menu bar on the right. On the myigus page, you can modify your personal details, delivery address or invoice address. In addition you can view the personal query and order history and request for the delivery of the igus® newsletter. A myigus account can be created in few steps.

After the selection of products, the query or order can be concluded in the simplest way with the new shopping cart. In five steps, the shopping cart can be checked, specify the delivery and invoice addresses and make additional entries. After a last overview, the products in the shopping cart can be queried or even directly ordered at igus®. Subsequently, the customer also receives a confirmation by e-mail.
