manus® 2007In this seat cover testing machine, the developer was successful in extending the maintenance interval to a significant length. So far the bearings had to be replaced approximately every three months. But since one and a half years, the one and the same DryLin® flange bearing has been performing its task without a problem! The use of plastic products compensates the requirement of a recirculating ball bearing guide (1.5 times stroke on diameter) with simultaneous absorption of immense shear forces.
The reduction in maintenance works in this application as well leads to an increased availability of the machine at lower costs.
