"Due to the favorable experiences with igus® plastic bearings in our vacuum casting facilities, we retrofitted the guidances of all three doors with the igus® DryLin® W system. The plant runs smoothly since then and without any failure. Besides the new system's insensitivity to dirt, which of course was the main argument for the replacement, the following factors were also very satisfying: Very flat design, corrosion-free, quieter and lighter operation, space-saving use of the double guides for the two slip doors, which means only two rails for two doors, and last but not least: more favorably priced than previously used guidances. ”
