Sheet metal forming machine
The sheet metal forming machine used self-lubricating Nylon bearings which were expensive and had inconsistent threads. An igus® trapezoidal leadscrew module using iglidur® plain bearings replaced these and there have been no problems whatsoever since the changeover.
