In its entirety, this system encompasses the igus® energy chain®, LBT Flizz® guide trough and - as an option - fully configured igus® chainflex® cables. The LBT Flizz® guide trough is a modular kit comprising extruded guide profiles and a supporting frame with continuous tubes providing stabilization. All parts are corrosion- free, being either extruded from high-grade plastic or coated with powder. The used materials are weather-resistant, as well as resistant against most chemicals, oils, fats, coolants and solvents. The option of the completely enclosed design offers protection against dirt, leaves, ice and snow. Safety, function and freedom from maintenance along with considerable price benefits compared with conventional energy supply systems are the key criteria that give this product a competitive advantage.

The igus® Chainflex® cable program offers a selection of more than 950 different cables available from stock. Data and bus lines form an important part of the program. Solutions based on copper, glass or plastic fiber optic cables are provided for almost all bus systems in industrial use. We also offer all supply lines for your drive systems, such as motor cables with and without brake/tachometer lines, as well as matching transmitter lines. On request, these components are fully customized with plugs and sockets.
The use of preconfigured energy chain systems® significantly reduces costly assembly times at the installation site. Systems which have undergone functionality checks guarantee quick commissioning of the provided components.
