More than 700 chainflex® tests run simultaneously in our 2,750 m2 test laboratory. Here, we focus on actual motion sequences in the chain in addition to the typical standard tests: We test our cables in the energy chain® itself using long-term tests. We have axes with highly diverse travel distances, bending radii and speeds in our test laboratory.

We test our chainflex® cables in over 2 billion test strokes and 1.4 million electrical measurements per year. These tests reveal the functional reliability and durability level of the chains.
