If turned, this furniture appears to be a hiding place for a small safe. The two massive oak blocks are twisted against each other and release the safe cassette. Plastic plain bearings from igus® together with a stainless steel shaft provide a clean connection between the oak blocks and allow easy twisting of the upper block.
