Stable flight
This artificial bird moves like its natural counterpart. Several bending mechanisms in the wing are necessary for this. For the mechanism to work reliably and smoothly, the bearings used must be as maintenance-free as possible. For this reason, plastic plain bearings from igus® were chosen.
