This machine picks up industrially baked bread from the baking tins. To be able to pull the bread out, long needles are pricked into the loaf. iglidur® plastic plain bearings from igus® are used to guide the moved parts. Compared with conventional bearings, they have the advantage of being lubrication-free which prevents a contamination of the bread with lubricants.
