Clean thoroughly
This machine cleans print sleeves. In this case, the strip brush is radially positioned at the sleeve and cleans it with a shot hub movement in longitudinal direction. Because the guiding parts of the washing machine get in contact with water based or solvent cleaners as well as with colour particles, conventional guide systems drop out due to their high corrosion tendency. Instead, the engineers used a drylin® trapezoidal thread spindle with a trapezoidal nut from igus® for the motoric radial position. The guidance was realized with drylin® tandem flange bearings on aluminium shafts.
