Precise movements
This machine drills holes in plastic plates and deburrs the edges. The tool is moved upwards and downwards for this purpose. With the linear plain bearings used up to now, there were often faults in the working movement which led to the machine coming to a standstill. Since the replacement of conventional bearings by lubricant-free drylin® linear plain bearings from igus®, the machine has been running perfectly with precise and even movements.
