Production machineThis production machine applies silicon as a seal to casements. The silicon is guided with up to 190 bar via hoses to the positioning module that moves inside a triaxial cartesian system. Furthermore energy supply cables and pneumatic cables need to be guided. This is realized with igus® e-chains® of the series 2400 and 3400 to avoid deformation and cable breakage. Furthermore the designers used robust chainflex® cables for data transmission and as servo and motor cables.
