Long travel
Production machineThis production machine processes collector pipes of up to 24 metres in length for
boilers. Conventional cable chains were not suitable due to the long travel distances
involved and the large cables and hoses used in the machine. Thus it was decided
to use a guidelok system from igus®. This system allows the cables and hoses to be
guided safely over long distances and at high speeds.
