Production machineThis machine separates metal sheets which are stacked on a lifting table. The 2-axis module moves a metal sheet from the left or right stack onto the conveyor belt in the centre. The energy chains® used before wore out very quickly due to the heavy load (4 kilograms per metre). It was not until an igus® e-chain® of the P4 series was used that the load was no longer a problem; since then, the machine has been running without any problems.
