Easy emptying
This tilting device is used for the effortless emptying of large containers. For this purpose, it is mounted to a forklift truck and can lift, turn and empty containers weighing up to 600 kg. Since these are usually used for processing fruit, the bearings used are exposed to a high degree of humidity. The use of metallic bearings was not possible due to their susceptibility to corrosion and the necessity of using a lubricant. For this reason, iglidur® plain bearings, which do not require lubricant or maintenance, were used exclusively.
