This mine hunting vehicle is used in explosive environments. The wheel set is pressed hard onto the ground and thus makes any hidden mines explode, for example. iglidur® plain bearings were used for mounting the wheels and the jointed arm of the wheel set since, unlike metal bearings, they are resistant to dirt and humidity. There is no need for lubrication either, which significantly reduces machine maintenance times.
