Reliable rotation
This cleaning machine makes soiled containers such as waste bins shine like new. The containers are placed on a fixture which is equipped with water nozzles which spray water and aggressive cleaning agent at high pressure. Conventional bearings corrode very quickly in this humid environment which is laden with chemicals. For this reason, the developers used iglidur® PRT polymer slewing ring bearings for the 360° rotation of the containers. These are resistant to humidity and chemical cleaning agents and, most importantly, are absolutely maintenance-free.
