This core drill allows boring for soil samples or for drainage to a depth of two metres. The lifting mechanism of the drilling unit is subjected to extreme loads, placing high demands on the materials used. The conventional metal bearings did not last long under the stress of the moist and dirty environment. They also had to be constantly lubricated. With iglidur® plain bearings, service calls and drill downtime are now a thing of the past.
