Even punching
This machine ensures uniform serrations in industrial files, which are punched in the files with a chisel. The chisel strikes more than 900 times per minute and this generates very strong vibrations throughout the machine, placing high stress on the bearings. The iglidur® plain bearings are ideally suited. They do not have to be lubricated and they dampen the vibrations in the bearing housings without noticeably wearing down.
