Cleaning - no problem
This production machine makes meat slices as flat as a pancake. Since it is cleaned twice a day with aggressive detergents and high-pressure cleaners, the fat was constantly being flushed into the metal bearings of the rollers and they had to be constantly replaced. The iglidur® plain bearings are the best solution to the problem. In addition, the bearings are absolutely corrosion-resistant.
