This sunroof for a British swimming and fitness centre is completely maintenance-free and opens and closes without a hitch. This is made possible by 520 iglidur® plastic plain bearings, which are built into the roof structure. Not only do they require no lubrication and therefore no maintenance, but they win out over conventional bearings due to their high load capacity and long life.
