Switching is no problem
The gears on this 100-year-old classic car can now be changed smoothly again. The old metal bearings gave up the ghost due to the forces applied during disengagement of the clutch and gear-changing. Dirt and humidity also caused the bearings problems. Thanks to an iglidur® plain bearing, these problems are now a thing of the past. The vehicle’s cone clutch no longer needs lubrication, it is extremely durable and no longer susceptible to environmental influences.
