Winding quietly
This automatic reel for mono-filament production winds as quick as a flash and quietly. The machine reaches a linear speed of up to 3 m/s during winding. The roller boxes of standard toothed belt axes were very loud at these speeds. Running noises caused by the guide have been eliminated completely by using bearing inserts made of iglidur® J.
