This axle construction for industrial machinery holds tightly, using iglidur® plain bearings instead of metal bearings. They can, unlike metal bearings, be used without lubricants and also at great temperature variations, with no impairment of functionality. The iglidur® bearing even withstood jet-water testing to the IP66 protection rating.
