Smoother action
No more pale sausages with this toaster! After cooking is completed, a spring automatically raises the sausage for easy removal. Since the guide is made of folded sheets of metal, there used to be malfunctions and signs of wear, despite use of special grease and grated contact surfaces. The lubricant also evaporated at high temperatures. After we introduced iglidur® G foil bearings, the problems disappeared. The plastic bearings also allow smoother action of the lift mechanism and are virtually maintenance-free, since they do not require lubrication.
