This laminating machine was built exclusively using igus® linear guides, plain and spherical bearings and energy chains.
igus® plain bearings were used in this case for the required bearing loads and travel speeds, but primarily because of their absence of maintenance and lubricants. The use of igus® products is not only advantageous from a technical, but also from a financial point of view when compared to competitive products.
