drylin® low profile linear axis SLN-27-01

Small, light, lubricant-free

igus® extends its range of spindle-driven linear axes with various pitches by another size and thereby aims at something small and compact. The base of the axis is made of the proven system drylin® N in installation size 27. The rail consists of anodized aluminum and therefore the axis has only a width of 28 mm. It can be combined with a NEMA 11 step motor. The fully lubrication-free operation is implemented by plastic plain bearings in the spindle bearings and the guide carriage.

Feed with spindle Ø 5 and pitch 0,8 and/or 5 mm

Manual and motorized operation

Application areas:Feed movements with low weight, sensor adjustments, easy handling tasks in equipment and laboratory technology

The following type series are distinguished: 1. SLN-27-01: Linear axis for manual operation by hand wheel (SHT-HR-05-22-15-OG)
2. SLN-BB-27-01: Ball bearing linear axis for manual adjustmentsby hand wheel in 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 mm strokes
3.SLN-27-02: Linear axis with NEMA11 stepper motor, ball bearing spindle on motor bearing
4. SLN-BB-27-02: Ball bearings linear axis with NEMA11 stepper motor

Additional benefits for all versions:For all versions initiators can be direct and arbitrarily locatable connected to the profile.
