Machining centreMaximum flexibility is guaranteed by the layout in this machining centre, which can do mill-cutting and drilling in one working step. igus® e-chains® are used, enabling the tools to be supplied with energy in any position on the x-axis. Since a vertical tool movement is possible in addition to the horizontal movement, and the working area should be able to be turned, a special combination has been selected. The e-chain®, an energy tube of the RX series, is attached lying sideways to a pneumatic jib. This allows the e-chain® to be simply folded out of the way during rotational movements.
