Assembly robotOn this robot used in the automotive industry, a hose containing adhesive and a signal cable kept getting in each other's way. The filling made the hose heavier and led to more deflection during robot movement, which in turn led to damage to the line. Fitting a Triflex® R-set on the robot has separated the two systems completely from one another and is still compact enough, since the lines can be guided close to the robot arm.
