High loads
Handling robotThis handling robot must be able to work reliably even under high loads. Its main tasks are the loading and unloading of machines and conveyor belts. Travel distance is 42 metres, travel speed 3 m/s. An igus® e-chain® of the 400 series is used for this application. The design engineers decided in favour of this solution since this e-chain® can provide the required cable capacity and flexibility.
