Casting implements for car rimsIn this application car rims are produced in a coquille casting process. The container with more than one ton of cast needs to travel from the furnace to the mould. There the cast is poured out. The challenge is the enormous heat. The cables are protected by different e-chains® and e-tubes from the igus® product range. The comparably heat resistant Chainflex® cables come into operation here.
