The focus is on beauty. This mechanical unit is used several times in a machine designed for varnishing cosmetic products. The high demands made by three-shift operation and the impact caused by the moving parts were crucial to the decision in favour of igus® products. The cylinder joints are supported by flange bearings made of iglidur® W300. The shafts for the longitudinal movements are equipped with cylindrical bearings made of iglidur® G material. In addition an igus® Triflex® R energy chain® is used for the safe cable routing.
