This device is used for folding letters. The folding process in minimum space reduces the design size of folding machines to one tenth of the conventional technology used depending on the area of application. Special solutions were necessary to implement this in order to meet the technical requirement such as avoidance of lubricating greases in the paper feed area, noise minimisation or weight reduction. For this reason, plastic plain bearings made of the materials iglidur® G and iglidur ® J are used.
