Robot arm
Sensitive and strong
This robot arm is so strong that it can use a drill. Yet its movements are so sensitive that it can even handle raw eggs. Since the arm itself has to be as resilient as possible, its own weight must be reduced. High reliability of the components is also important. The developers decided to use plain bearings, flange bearings and thrust washers from iglidur® G in the joints.
