Fruit valve
Clean without piston jamming
This valve is used for filling ice-cream containing pieces of fruit in fully automatic industrial packing machines. iglidur® plain bearings replace O-rings as supporting and guide rings for the piston. The plain bearings can easily be replaced. Wear has been reduced to a minimum, and pistons no longer get jammed. Only absolutely lubricant-free plain bearings like the ones from igus® can be used for applications in the food industry.
