Resistant to corrosion
Here, igubal® plastic rod end bearings from igus® are used in the steering on an electric wheelchair. They are installed at a position that is vulnerable to external influences. For this reason it is important for the components used to be resistant against corrosion and soiling. The igubal® plastic rod end bearings are still lubricant-free and dampen any vibrations that occur.
