Vibrating exercise equipment
Quiet and maintenance-free
In this exercise equipment, vibrations are specifically used to build up muscles. The pivoting movements of the plate are achieved using plain bearings made of iglidur® G. The plastic plain bearings allow very quiet movement. Since the bearings require no lubrication, this part of the exercise equipment is more or less maintenance-free.
