Precise positioning
This system is used to identify conditioned filter elements with hole patterns. The exact positioning is important here, which is ensured by the combination of several igus® products. Thus, the punching tool is guided by a ram bushing, which was specially milled out of a semi-finished iglidur® A180 to customer specifications. Various plain bearings from iglidur® 200, iglidur® A290 and iglidur® J, as well as a DryLin® linear slide table, are also used.
